Joe is trained chef and hospitality ledgend with more than 25 years in the industry. Hes been fortune to work in some of Australia's best restaurants including Rockpool, Claudes, The Bridgeroom, Raes in Byron Bay to name a few. He relocated to Cairns 2 years to place some roots. Hes also owned another successful mobile business in Sydney and Byron which has lead me to start up in Cairns seeing that the food truck industry up here is building and wanting to try something fresh and exciting. His ambition is to create American style simple but well executed burgers and thickshakes for the FNQ locals and tourists alike. He can't wait to cook you one of hes burger creations.
